Exchange or Refund Authorization may be granted up to 14 days following your actual delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier. Manufacturer Warranty shall apply after this time.
Exchanges or Refunds are processed only if the product and all accessories are returned in NEW AND UNUSED condition in the original packaging. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds will be processed on used products.
