COBY PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
(July 2006)
All Coby products come with a warranty and the
limitations are as follows:
All adapters, converters and chargers have a one-year warranty.
All headphones have a one-year warranty.
All hands-free and cellular accessories have a one-year warranty.
All televisions/DVD/speaker systems have a ninety-day warranty.
All telephones have a ninety-day warranty.
All compact disc players/MP3 players and portable multi-systems have a
ninety-day warranty.
All cassette players, portable radios and personal recorders have a
ninety-day warranty.
All clock radios and microphones have a ninety-day warranty.
To obtain warranty replacement, return the product freight prepaid to the
address below within the duration of the warranty. Please enclose the product,
copy of receipt, detailed description of the problem and a money order in the
amount of $6.00 for each item. The money order should be made out to COBY
ELECTRONICS and covers the cost of return shipping and handling. Failure to
enclose required information will result in delay of your shipment. Please allow
4-6 weeks for product replacement. Please allow 6-8 weeks during the months of
Nov-Feb.
A NEW WARRANTY DOES NOT START WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF A NEW PRODUCT.
If you have problems with the replacement, please contact us immediately!
Our warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to neglect,
unreasonable use, accident, violation of the operating instructions, or any
product that has been modified by you or an unauthorized service agent.
Products out of warranty requiring replacement will be reviewed individually,
but all will require the $6 shipping and handling fee.
